Let us build you a home to suit your budget and your needs. We have a team of skilled construction workers under the supervision of a Project Manager at each work site and a wealth of experience to ensure your project is completed within budget and on time.

Mortgage Financing is available and discounts are also available to all City Of Bridgetown Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd. and Barbados Public Workers' Co-Operative Credit Union Ltd. members. We are offering three initial designs which are fully customizable to match your budget and taste. Alternatively we can work along with you and prepare personalised house drawings for you (at a cost), or if you have your own approved drawings we can also do the construction for you.

Our additional services include, architectural drawings, drafting of floor plans (house plans, revisions etc.), engineering, building surveys for repairs, extension etc., laying out of buildings for construction, and sub-divisions. Please note that Septic Tank cost are not included, however if your property is situated in ZONE 1 or ZONE 2 a "Septic Tank" is required , and we can build one for you at an addtional cost. Specifications:
  • The Foundation - Will be built with 8" Blocks with reinforced concrete (including Capping Beam)
  • Siding - Cement  Board (Plycem) - Fiber-Cement Sheets are perfect for all your building needs. This product is available in a variety of textures that provides the appearance of wood or wall. Fiber-Cement Sheets are more durable than wood, it is termite resistant, water-resistant, non-combustible, and will therefore last for many years. Fiber-Cement Sheets are composed of cement, sand, and cellulose fiber to increase its strength and dimensional stability. The fiber is added as reinforcement to prevent cracking.
  • Framework of house will be treated pine.
  • Floor - Will be of reinforced concrete.
  • Roof Cover - Permaclad (Gable roof with hurricane Straps).
